RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- Returns will be inspected by our team. If items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- A packing insert provided by us must be included in the return package
- Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation
- Once our fulfillment center receives the item(s), a refund will be issued. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days to process refunds once the items are received.
We are able to offer exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your first exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please contact email@example.com and include:
- Your name
- Order ID
- The item you would like to exchange & reason
- The item you would like to replace it with
Using the provided prepaid label, you will be expected to ship the item you wish to replace back to our fulfilment center. Once our fulfillment center receives it, we will ship out your replacement item.
If you do not want to wait for your returning item to reach our fulfillment center before we ship your replacement item:
- The easiest way to proceed is to place a new order.
- When your returning item reaches us, a refund will be issued.

Return Processing Timing
Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During our high season, however, (November through January), the processing time may take up to 2-4 weeks. We sincerely appreciate your patience! Our team is working hard to make you happy!
