1. Eligibility

The Alpine North Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Alpine North, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the contest period:

1. Follow Alpine North on social media (Facebook <> or Instagram <>).
   
2. Like the giveaway post.
   
3. Register for the giveaway using the official entry form.
   

Participants who complete all three steps will receive one (1) entry into each monthly draw.

3. Bonus Opportunities

Share & Tag Bonus

Participants may increase their prize value by completing the bonus action:

• Share the giveaway post and tag up to three (3) friends in the comments.
  
• If the participant wins, each tagged friend will receive one (1) Alpine North spring/fall jacket.
  

Purchase Bonus

Participants who purchase an Alpine North winter jacket during the contest period qualify for an additional reward:

• If the participant is selected as a winner, Alpine North will refund the winter jacket purchased during the contest period and send an additional winter jacket, resulting in a total of two (2) jackets free.
  

4. Contest Period

The contest runs from December through March.

One (1) winner will be selected on the last day of each month (December, January, February, and March).

Participants only need to sign up once to remain eligible for all monthly draws.

Entries submitted outside the contest period will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

Monthly Prize:

• One (1) Alpine North winter jacket (approx. retail value up to $385).
  

Bonus Prizes:

• Up to three (3) tagged friends will each receive one (1) Alpine North spring/fall jacket.
  
• Purchase Bonus: If the winner purchased a winter jacket during the contest period, Alpine North will issue a refund for that purchase and send a second winter jacket.
  

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each month.

Winners will be notified via email or direct message within two (2) business days of each draw and must respond within two (2) days to claim their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted, Alpine North may select a new winner.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Alpine North may use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the contest without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Alpine North reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond its control affect the integrity of the contest.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or generated by automated means will be void.

All decisions by Alpine North are final and binding.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
