I followed the procedures outlined in the order confirmation email asking to exchange the product for a smaller size. It's been over a week and a have not heard back since. Hence, the low rating.

Beautiful but sleeve flaw

Hello. The coat is beautifully made. I bought it for a gift and my sister loved it, however she opted not to keep it because the seam of the sleeves run along the elbow and it was uncomfortable for her when she bent her arms. This design flaw is so unfortunate. She was quite disappointed, as was I for having to spend almost $50 CND on the return! I had decided to buy this for her after a year of searching for a warm, vegan coat, and it didn't work out. I wish Alpine North would consider some kind of compensation for those of us who are not happy with our purchase. As much as I would like to try again to order a coat, I will hesitate now due to shipping costs. I do appreciate the company's commitment to vegan products.

Warm, well-made

The design of the coat flatters my figure nicely but is also very warm - two factors I was really looking for in a winter coat! I can’t yet speak as to how well it holds up in extremely cold or wet/snowy weather since it is too early in the season. The best part of the coat is that it’s 100% vegan!! <3
